Pastor Kim Norris is a seasoned minister with over three decades of ministry experience as a Senior Pastor and Evangelist. With a fervent passion for winning souls and igniting revival, Pastor Kim travels the world, sharing the gospel message with demonstration and seeking to make a lasting impact in the lives of those God brings in contact with him.

Drawing from his own journey of overcoming addiction, Pastor Kim offers a unique perspective and compassionate understanding to those navigating personal challenges. His mastery in counseling, coupled with years of practical experience, has provided him with invaluable insights into the complexities of the human condition and how to connect with people in a way that draws them to Christ as the Source of all they need.

Through his international outreach and humanitarian efforts, Pastor Kim has advanced the Kingdom of God, eagerly proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ in secular environments and nations closed to the gospel. Over 2.25 million have made decisions for Christ as a result of his bold proclamation. He has established orphanages, water wells, ministry training weekends, widows’ homes, and more, meeting the critical needs of various third world regions. And he regularly empowers the next generation of Christian leaders through praying with, mentoring and equipping future pastors and ministers in multiple nations to continue the work of the ministry.

Having successfully transitioned leadership of his church, City Church for All Nations in Bloomington, Indiana, to his son and daughter-in-love, Pastor Kim embodies the principles of succession planning and generational legacy-building. His journey from local pastor to global evangelist is a testament to the transformative power of faithful obedience to the call of God. 

Pastor Kim is married to the love of his life, Pastor Renee. Together, they invest in people, giving of their lives selflessly and exemplifying the love of God to everyone they meet.
