Pastor Peter Doseck says that during our March crusade in Mogogosiek, Kenya, “We are going to give the devil a black eye!” In similar fashion, the pastor of the early Jerusalem church declared, “Simon (Peter) has declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name (Acts 15:14)! ” To “take out a people for his name” means that God delivered a people from the power of the devil and put His name and identity upon them. God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. We are going to Kenya to give the devil a black eye, and we will do so by taking out a people for God’s name! The name He puts on our lives is the name of Jesus!
