“But a certain maid beheld him as he (Peter)
sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon
him, and said, ‘This man was also with Him.’ And he
denied Him, saying, ‘Woman, I know Him not (Luke
22:56-57).'”
Sitting by the natural fire near the High Priest’s house,
Peter denied Christ! I encourage you to move away from sitting by that same fire of denial – denial of your loyalty and identity with Christ – and draw near God’s divine fire! Be bold in your identification with Him!
